Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction To ensure fair access to appointments and smooth clinic operations, all bookings with Tama Laser & Aesthetics are subject to the following key terms. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and to the full Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy. 1. Booking Requirements A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. Fees are credited toward your treatment on the day. Appointment requests are only confirmed once payment has been received. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellation We understand emergencies happen, but we operate a strict policy to protect clinic time: 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 48 hours result in the loss of your booking fee. No-shows will incur the full booking fee and may require prepayment for future appointments. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in restricted future bookings. 3. Late Arrival Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your appointment to avoid delays for other clients or at our discretion we may be able to adjust your booking at a later time, if possible. Shortened or cancelled appointments due to late arrival will still result in loss of the booking fee. 4. Suitability & Consultation Requirements All treatments require an initial consultation and/or patch test. If you are not suitable for treatment due to undisclosed medical conditions, recent sun exposure, pregnancy, or contraindications, the booking fee is non-refundable. Please ensure your medical questionnaire is completed accurately and updated before every session. 5. Refunds We do not issue refunds for completed treatments, booking fees, or change-of-mind decisions. Courses/packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once begun. 6. Waitlist Policy Clients may join the waitlist for earlier availability. Waitlist appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once offered, a waitlist slot must be confirmed immediately; otherwise, it is passed to the next client.
