Refund Policy
-
No Refunds on Completed Treatments We do not offer refunds on services already performed. Aesthetic results are subjective and vary by individual. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., "100% hair removal" or "complete scar erasure").
-
Pre-paid Packages (Courses of Treatment)
-
Cooling-Off Period: If you purchase a package online or over the phone, you have 14 days to change your mind and receive a full refund, provided no sessions have been used.
-
Partial Usage: Once a package has started, it is non-refundable. If you cannot complete a package due to a verified medical reason (GP note required), we will issue a pro-rata refund. Used sessions will be charged at the full "Single Session" price, not the discounted package rate.
-
Expiry: All packages must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period are forfeited.
-
Product Sales Due to hygiene and safety standards, skincare products (creams, serums) are non-refundable once they have left the clinic. If a product is faulty (e.g., a broken pump), you may return it within 30 days for a replacement.
-
Medical Suitability If we determine during your consultation or patch test that you are not suitable for a treatment, any pre-paid fees (minus a [e.g. £25] consultation fee) will be refunded.
